Cordillera LTD is a start-up project created by Izer Liwanag, a fixed gear rider from Pampanga. The brand produces limited three-panel caps inspired by urban and classic taste, tweaking the usual racing caps for Filipino cycling enthusiasts. The three-panel pattern originated from the caps worn by racing cyclists or “casquettes” as to how fanciers call it. The brand name came from the idea of hills that make the best routes to ride and what better name to have than a lovely piece of the Philippine Islands, no doubt its made purely local, materials, production and packaging-wise. The raw thought came to matter through the coordination of the idea and the hands which tailored the product. Cordillera LTD desires to inspire people to go out on the streets and ride their bikes for transportaion means and for a healthy lifestyle.
