Romanian illustration artist Ghica Popa mixed his love for the Nike Air Maxes and the outer space with the Space Sneakers artworks. Using his surrealist style, he made the Air Max 1, 90 and 180 into intergalactic space battleships navigated by alien robots. His art is influenced by his childhood roots like robots, sci-fi movies, comic books and the future back then. The artist have also worked with big names such as Yahoo, Windows, Orange and more. Aside from that, bagging awards from festivals all over the world like Cannes Lions, Epica and Golden Drum.
