We have always seen cash bills get messed up by random people to create humor from the person on that bank note. From doodling local personalities to international celebrities, people messes up the moolas for fun or sometimes just out of boredom. Aslan Malik, a Berlin-based creative/art director and motion designer painted the American Dollar bills to create art by making the Dead Presidents his own version of the Justice League. This makes the White House literally powerful.
