The Parisian-brand Bensimon’s sneakers are renowned for its iconic style and sumptuous blend of colors, comfort and adaptability. And in over 30 years, since it was introduced, it has become synonymous to the idea of being ‘perfectly imperfect’—a concept that celebrates the unique quality of a brand that combines the Parisian aesthetic with a long-standing tradition of quality and craftsmanship.
Quite literally, each pair can become a canvas of creative expression and this August, Bensimon hopes to combine the Parisian Je ne sais quoi with the distinct style inclinations of Philippine sartorialists.
“Each pair already bears that unique style Parisians are admired for, now we’re inviting Filipinos to step into it by using it as a way to express their personality,” says Ammiel De Leon, Bensimon Philippines’ Brand Director.
Using traditional art materials such as paint, markers, pins, glue, beads and ribbons, Bensimon puts the spotlight on what makes each pair versatile enough to encapsulate the brand’s ‘perfectly imperfect’ heritage by being used as a canvas for individual creativity.
