New Balance has shifted the paradigm of the “boy-centric” sneaker game to work with Singapore’s quirky female footwear store P.V.S on a modern makeover of the popular 996 silhouette.
The shoe dons a spectrum of pastel hues that renders an all-over galactic theme.
Teal accents run throughout the panel lining while the signature “N” insignia remains a cool black on the side for a good contrast. Dubbed the “9alactic 9irls’ 6rigade”, this new offering pays homage to female empowerment and liberation, staying true to the store’s mantra.

A limited release of the P.V.S x New Balance “9alactic 9irls’ 6rigade” also comes in a shimmery bronze reflective shoe box, specially designed in-house with the help of the good folks over at Streething.
Available in limited quantities, this must-have release will begin retailing for SGD$189.00 on the 27th of February 2016 at P.V.S and select retailers worldwide.
