After the success of last year’s Spring/Summer collection, UNIQLO is teaming up for the second time with Finnish design house Marimekko for a limited edition 2019 Fall/Winter release.

Known for their playfully colorful designs, Marimekko’s signature prints are a delightful change of pace during seasons that are typically drowned in monotonous and drab shades.

“We believe that together with UNIQLO we have been able to create something truly special for our customers and can’t wait to see this new line bring joy to people’s daily lives around the
world,” says Tiina Alahuhta-Kasko, President and CEO of Marimekko.

Several new women’s items have been introduced to this year’s collaboration, designed to showcased Marimekko’s iconic prints like Kivet (stones), designed by Maija Isola in 1956, Tasaraita (even stripe), designed by Annika Rimala in 1968 and Siirtolapuutarha (city garden), designed by Maija Louekari in 2009. The collection introduces new items to UNIQLO’s existing range, like the Ultra Light Down Cocoon Coat, Wool Cashmere Hoodie, shirt dresses, and jumpsuits.

The UNIQLO x Marimekko Fall/Winter 2019 Collection drops on November 29. Check out the full collaboration here.
