The highly anticipated Damit ng Patay Convention is back!
Season Pass along with events management group TMP Industries are bringing the Good Old Days back to the Metrotent Convention Center in Metrowalk, Pasig City this May 18-19 for its fourth installment of GOD. With over 140 concessionaires, take a trip down memory lane and relive the inner child in you by going through each booth selling different variations of items such as vintage tees, movies, and assorted knick-knacks. Keeping up with the traditions, festivities such as various activities and performances from up and coming and established music acts are what await you on the two-day event.
With thrift culture taking a turn over the past few years, a thriving trend of focusing on specialty curation and finding more value in second-hand clothing has come to light. Through each curated piece, whether that be that Karl Kani hoodie your dad used to rock back in the day or the vintage Pink Floyd tee you’ve been drooling over on your pinterest board or even that vintage Vivian Westwood bag you never knew you needed until you saw it with your very own eyes, each preloved piece holds a special heritage and story behind it. Thanks to the effort and passion of the amazing curators who have found their forte, GOD 4 becomes an avenue for all to find themselves through the different pieces and archives that give them that nostalgic blast from the past.
