Attended by thousands of bicycle enthusiasts and now on its 14th run, the annual critical mass ride Tour Of The Fireflies will be on November 18 with the theme, BEST (Bicycle as Environmentally Sustainable Transportation). Conducted as a parade, it has a pace of 10-12 kms per hour and takes an average of 3-4 hours to complete in which participants are requried to travel 40-50kms through 5-7 cities within Metro Manila.
