NikeLab recently launched the innovative new collaboration with ACRONYM. True to its nature of function and style, ACRONYM x Nike Air Presto Mid features mid-top ankle support, premium leather detailing, and two zippers running down the side of each heel in true utilitarian function.
ACRONYM is known for its utilitarian features; geometric, compact, and precise. Very keen to detail, NikeLab designers and Errolson Hugh of ACRONYM took a much closer look at failed and forgotten Air Presto prototypes. After spotting the things to retain and what needs touch ups, NikeLab designers “Acronymize” the Presto with bold colorways and dual-zipper entry system. Indeed, it’s a “t-shirt for your feet.”
The Manila drop was housed at Commonwealth Greenbelt 5, with Butta B igniting the decks that night.
The shoe comes in three colorways — Cool Grey/Black, White Dynamic Yellow/Black, and Racer Pink with Photo Blue/White/Black. Available in Commonwealth and Nike.com.
